1. Agreement
By using cnbuying.com or submitting a buying request, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services
CNBuying acts as a buying and sourcing agent in China. Scope currently focuses on power tools, machinery, and motors, and may expand. Quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing. We are not the manufacturer unless stated otherwise.
3. Fees & membership tiers
The service fee is a percentage of product + shipping. Membership registration is free. New accounts start at Regular (普通) with no fee discount (same rate as guest checkout). The system auto-evaluates cumulative confirmed order totals in USD and upgrades the account when a published threshold is reached. Current published tiers can be edited by CNBuying and are also listed on the pricing page:
The exact fee on a given order is confirmed in the quote. Large or project orders may be negotiated case by case. Destination duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and bank fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Orders & payments
Purchases proceed after you accept a quote and remit payment as instructed. Title and risk transfer according to the agreed Incoterms or shipping method. Cancelled orders may incur supplier restocking or wire fees already incurred.
5. Quality & inspections
Optional photo and video checks are visual only and do not guarantee laboratory performance. Claims for damage or shortage must be reported promptly with evidence.
6. Prohibited goods
We do not source illegal, sanctioned, counterfeit, or restricted items. We may refuse any request at our discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CNBuying’s liability for any claim related to a transaction is limited to the service fees paid for that transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or customs.
8. Website
Site content is provided “as is.” Inquiry tracking and forms may be placeholders until backend services are enabled. Do not submit secrets or payment card numbers via the public form.
